My first tip about how to survive middle school is to just avoid drama with other students. Trust me it doesn’t feel nice when other people in the school talks about something that you have done. If staying out of drama means to be less social I personally think you should just hang out with the people who you trust and are good influences to you. Since middle school everyone becomes cocky and thinks they are better than other people I suggest just stay with a small group of friends that you truly care for and they feel the same about you.
Another tip I have is to just do your best in school and try not to start skipping class and ditching because that won’t help you in the future. Middle school is unlike elementary where you have so much free time and you get to fool around. When you are in middle school try your best in classes and do everything you are required to also if your teacher gives you extra credit, you should take that advantage and do it so it looks better in your record when high schools look at it. The last tip I have for you is to just have fun and enjoy your youth and experience in middle school because no one would want to just stay home and do homework and study. My advice for you is to finish your work to the best of your ability and when you have free time just go out and have fun with your friends. For example, my friends and I usually make plans on Sundays and go to the movies, go shopping, or just hang out.
